The biokosma-me.com Invite a Friend Promotion (the “Promotion”) is being promoted by BIOKOSMA TRADING LLC having its address at P.O.Box 27849 Dubai, United Arab Emirates (the "Company"). Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions govern the Promotion.

 

Key Terms

 

1. The Promotion is open to all UAE residents aged 18 and over, excluding employees of Company, or any of its subsidiary companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with the Promotion. No third party entries, bulk entries or entries submitted by agents will be accepted. Company reserves the right to verify the eligibility of users. Company may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for the purpose of verifying the eligibility of an entry and prizes may be withheld until and unless Company is satisfied with the verification. Company reserves the right not to award vouchers or prizes for a successful referral if it has reason to believe that the referral is not legitimate, including but not limited to users referring themselves and orders placed under the minimum spend.

2. For every friend you refer (who makes an order) you will earn a AED 50 off reward voucher. Your AED 50 voucher will be sent to you via email after your friend has placed an order. This can be redeemed off your next order and within 3 months of receiving it. Please note that you may only use one AED 50 voucher per order with a minimum spend of AED 250 to qualify.

3. Every friend that your refer will receive a 20% discount code for use on their first order, with a minimum spend of AED 250.

4. You may not refer yourself, if we detect that customers are referring themselves we retain the right to intervene, cancel outstanding orders and suspend your account. Where we detect people attempting to refer themselves, biokosma-me.com reserve the right to intervene and cancel outstanding orders and suspend all associated accounts permanently. Please therefore do not attempt to refer to names at the same address.

5. This offer includes only the brand "BIOKOSMA SWISS NATURAL COSMETICS". 

6. Company reserves the right to substitute any prize for an alternative of similar value. The prize is not transferable.

7. In the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of the promotion, including the allocation of more Prizes than are available, Company reserves the right to end or suspend the promotion; amend these terms & conditions; declare void the notification of any winner; and/or to allocate the available prizes by conducting a simple draw from all wrongly allocated winners.

8. The winners may be required to participate in publicity connected with the promotion and it is a condition of entry that the winners agree to their name and country of residence being made publicly available if they win.

9. Users’ personal data will be collected, stored and processed for the purposes of administering and assessing the Promotion. 

10. Company reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion and/or review and revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice and by continuing to take part in the promotion subsequent to any revision of these terms and conditions, Users shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.

11. The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Pinterest or Facebook or any other form of social media. By entering this Promotion, Users are providing information to Company and not to Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest or Facebook and agree to release Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook from any liability associated with the Promotion.
