Use of BIOKOSMAME Loyalty and Rewards Programme confirms acceptance of BIOKOSMA Middle East terms and conditions as outlined below:

GENERAL

1. BIOKOSMAME Loyalty and Rewards Programme reserves the right to withdraw or cancel any or all of "BIOKOSMA Swiss Natural Cosmetics" Loyalty Cards issues; refuse to award Points; withdraw Points; refuse the right to redeem Points collected for any breach of these conditions or failure to pay for the purchases without prior notice.

2. By using "BIOKOSMA Swiss Natural Cosmetics" Loyalty Cards in any of the selected outlets or online for the purpose of earning Points, you automatically provide acceptance of BIOKOSMAME Loyalty & Rewards Programme along with its rules, terms and conditions.

3. BIOKOSMA Middle East reserves the right to modify or close BIOKOSMAME Loyalty & Rewards Programme, or to change, cancel, or withdraw any of the terms and conditions, without assigning any reason whatsoever at any point of time at its own discretion. It reserves the right to discontinue programme memberships – existing or new – as decided by the management.

4. Benefits and offers made to you through BIOKOSMAME Loyalty & Rewards Programme may change or be withdrawn without prior indication. BIOKOSMA Middle East will not be responsible for any liability arising from such situations.

5. BIOKOSMA Middle East has the right to modify the manner in which Points are earned and redeemed, including the number of Points earned and the value of these points, and will endeavor to notify you of any changes in advance.

6. BIOKOSMA Middle East has the right to contact members for the purpose of providing membership information, account statement and redemption certificates (if any) even if you have opted out of receiving communications. This excludes communications pertaining to promotions and offers, which will not be sent to you if you have opted out of such communications as a member.

7. As a member you are responsible for any loss, damage or theft of your "BIOKOSMA Swiss Natural Cosmetics" Loyalty Card. You must report any loss, damage or theft immediately to our regional Customer Service Department via customerservice@biokosmame.com. Replacement of "BIOKOSMA Swiss Natural Cosmetics" Loyalty Card that are issued for any reason whatsoever will be replaced for a penalty of 300 Points, which will be automatically deducted from your account. If you do not possess such balance, Points will be 'loaned' to you until you earn new Points and repay the loan.

8. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the country issuing the card and any dispute may be referred to arbitration of the mentioned country.

MEMBERSHIP

1. "BIOKOSMA Swiss Natural Cosmetics" Loyalty Card has no cash value, is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

2. "BIOKOSMA Swiss Natural Cosmetics" Loyalty Card is only valid for one customer per card.

3. "BIOKOSMA Swiss Natural Cosmetics" Loyalty Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, concession or voucher unless stated otherwise.

4. "BIOKOSMA Swiss Natural Cosmetics" Loyalty Card reserves the right to revise Terms & Conditions along discounts at any time at management discretion and all card holders will be notified of any changes.

5. Points are only valid for local purchases from selected outlets in United Arab Emirates or online via www.biokosmame.com for residents of United Arab Emirates.

6. By becoming a member of BIOKOSMAME Loyalty & Rewards Programme, your details will automatically be included in BIOKOSMA Middle East database to send you e-mails and SMS messages on BIOKOSMA Middle East news and events.

7. Participating companies reserve the right to change terms and conditions at any time, and change or withdraw offer without notice.

8. BIOKOSMA Middle East cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen cards. If your card is lost or stolen please contact our regional Customer Service Department via customerservice@biokosmame.com.

EARNING

1. At the time of purchase, Points will be credited to your account only upon presenting your "BIOKOSMA Swiss Natural Cosmetics" Loyalty Card or submitting your Card Number.

2. All Points earned are valid for 18 months. All unused Points over 18 Months will expire and shall not be available for redemptions. Points about to expire will be reported on your statement of account or via email.

3. Points once earned or redeemed against a purchase can in no event be re-credited.

4. Points can be earned only at the participating outlets mentioned in this Programme or on www.biokosmame.com website. BIOKOSMA Middle East reserves the right to add or remove any of the outlets at any time without prior notification.

REDEMPTION

1. BIOKOSMA Rewards are non refundable or exchangeable.

2. BIOKOSMA Rewards can be only redeemed from the list of rewards available on www.biokosmame.com

BIOKOSMA Middle East reserves the right to modify, cancel or withdraw the terms and conditions at any point of time at BIOKOSMA Middle East own discretion. For any inquiries, do email us at info@biokosmame.com.
